Your government is incinerating the Fourth Amendment – and there’s little you can do about it.

Mark Levin warned us before Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won the election, “…they plan to destroy the Declaration of Independence and United States Constitution. These documents,” he said, holding up a copy of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. “All the blood, all the fighting, carrying our flag in the wars, all that our ancestors have done, all that men and women surrounding us today, veterans, have done to protect this document, will be for naught.” And here we are.

“Nice country you’ve got there – it would be a shame if something happened to it.”

Fourth Amendment defined…

The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides that “[t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

The ultimate goal of this provision is to protect people’s right to privacy and freedom from unreasonable intrusions by the government. However, the Fourth Amendment does not guarantee protection from all searches and seizures, but only those done by the government and deemed unreasonable under the law.

The “Austere Constitutional Professor,” Barack Obama himself, had very little respect for the document. He disparaged the Constitution as merely “a charter of negative liberties,” and thus believed that the government had an obligation to create new “rights.” With that thought and Joe Biden in tow, they also believed that government could take certain rights away.

Redstate.com documents the 4 Ways The Obama Administration Weaponized The Government…

1. The IRS scandal – Democrats bemoaned the number of conservative political organizations that were being created to fight President Obama’s agenda. Through the media and letters to Congressional leaders, Democrats through their complaints demanded the IRS target conservative groups for greater scrutiny and harassment.

2. The National Labor Relations Board harassment of Boeing – In this case, Boeing, a company free to open up production plants wherever it wants, was charged by the NLRB of violating labor laws by opening a plant in South Carolina instead of its home state of Washington.

3. EPA Director uses a fake email address to hide political activity – From the WSJ: “Lisa Jackson, who announced on Dec. 27 that she was stepping down as head of the Environmental Protection Agency, will be leaving under a cloud. It turns out that she had been using an email account, under the alias “Richard Windsor,” to conduct official business, in an apparent attempt to evade federal transparency laws, including the Freedom of Information Act.”

4. The surveillance of Fox News reporter, James Rosen: The Obama administration, under direction from Attorney General Eric Holder. did the following to James Rosen:

  • Named him a “criminal co-conspirator” under the Espionage Act of 1917
  • Used that as a basis for monitoring his movements to and from The State Department
  • Traced his phone calls
  • Read his personal emails
  • Described as a “flight risk” so he wouldn’t have to be informed of what was happening.

Fast-forward to 2019. This probably escaped your attention…

Rutherford Institute Launches Inquiry Into Government Use of Drivers’ License Photos to Build Facial Recognition Database, Track Citizens

WUT?

Pushing back against the expansion of secret government surveillance programs at the expense of individual privacy, The Rutherford Institute is asking the State of Illinois to disclose information about its participation in the federal government’s scheme to establish a massive facial recognition database by collecting the drivers’ license photographs of millions of Americans.

In a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request made on behalf of Illinois resident Dmitry Feofanov, The Rutherford Institute is seeking details about the federal government’s facial recognition program, which allows government agents to track citizens whenever they are in public. The request comes after it was disclosed in July 2019 that the FBI and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have mined information kept by state DMVs to create a massive database of biometric photos and personal information without the consent of citizens.

Even the left-leaning Glenn Greenwald warned recently against media censorship and concerns of Congressional targeting of “domestic terrorists.”

Appearing on Hill.TV’s “Rising” on Monday, Greenwald opined that the proposed legislative response to the deadly Capitol riot on Jan. 6 was not necessary as the legal infrastructure to combat it already existed in the U.S.

Greenwald pointed to the response after the 9/11 terrorist attack where several laws expanded the definition of supporting terrorism. People, particularly Muslims, who disagreed on U.S. foreign policy and expressed support for people who resisted such policies often faced scrutiny and legal prosecution.

“You were prosecuted for materially supporting terrorist organizations. What this law does that Adam Schiff proposed is to simply take the existing war on terror law that is devoted to foreign terrorist groups, and just amend it to say, ‘and domestic terror groups as well,’ which means criminalizing all kinds of protests, associational and even speech activities.”

Also queue up Tucker Carlson’s recent revelation that private companies seem eager to fall right in line with the new government overreach.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise, yet it does. According to a segment aired on Tucker Carlson’s show, Bank of America sent customer purchasing history to federal agencies to assist in their investigation of persons who attended the January 6th protest in Washington DC.

According to Tucker Carlson’s reporting, one Bank of America customer was targeted, interrogated and released after nothing was discovered. However, this type of exploitation should serve as a warning to Americans…. There is a big brother, and that system can/will be weaponized by government if/when an ideological administration is in power.

And bringing us full circle to the new Biden Administration is this report at the Conservative Treehouse…

10 Executive Orders To Federally Weaponize COVID Against Us.

One of the bigger issues never fully grasped by many Americans was President Donald Trump’s restraint in relation to the power of the federal government under the guise of COVID-19 action. No president in our lifetime was ever more reluctant to weaponize the opportunity to expand government; Donald Trump stood the gap.

CTH warned since last summer of the ramifications if a leftist group used COVID-19 to expand federal power over peoples lives and livelihoods. Today, JoeBama’s team has unleashed a series of TEN EXECUTIVE ORDERS fully weaponizing the opportunity.

An interesting conclusion to this post relates to an article I ran across while researching … the military aspect of a “Weaponized Narrative.” Definitely worth your perusal.

Weaponized narrative seeks to undermine an opponent’s civilization, identity, and will by generating complexity, confusion, and political and social schisms. It can be used tactically, as part of explicit military or geopolitical conflict; or strategically, as a way to reduce, neutralize, and defeat a civilization, state, or organization. Done well, it limits or even eliminates the need for armed force to achieve political and military aims.

In the hands of professionals, the powerful emotions of anger and fear can be used to control adversaries, limit their options, and disrupt their functional capabilities. This is a unique form of soft power. In such campaigns, facts are not necessary because – contrary to the old memes of the Enlightenment – truth does not necessarily prevail. It can be overwhelmed with constantly repeated and replenished falsehood. Especially powerful are falsehoods or simplifications that the target cohort has been primed to believe by the underlying narratives with which they are also being supplied.

Truth can be overwhelmed with constantly repeated and replenished falsehood.

At this point, even Star Trek’s Dr. Spock would conclude … “Fascinating, Captain.”
