We’ve been very critical of Senator Roland Burris for his serial dishonesty about the Rod Blagojevich affair, lying to investigators, the Illinois legislature, and his constituents about his dealings with the impeached former governor. However, we do have to salute his new campaign website — the one supporting his run for the Senate seat in 2010. Rarely do we see a politician this honest about his resumé:
In fact, the last time we saw this kind of honesty, it came from Obama supporter Kirk Watson. I’ll be really impressed, though, if Burris adds an “Indictments” page to his website.
