This weekend, various Obama players were in the media playing down the chances of a “public option” component becoming part of Obamacare. Abortion cheerleader HHS Kathleen Sebelius told CNN that the government option was “not the essential element” to ensure competition in the health insurance market. Politico says the Administration has “backed down” on the issue. The New York Times declared that “The Health Debate Fails To Ignite Obama’s Grass Roots.” There is talk that Obamacare doesn’t have enough votes in the Senate as is.
… don’t get complacent. All of the same dirty players are still in Washington. Keep up the fight- we may have won a battle, but there is still a war raging.
